Screw horizontal plating production line

This production line is mainly used for screw electroplating.

It can plate workpieces with an outer diameter of φ254mm or less and a length of 13 meters or less. The annual output can reach 10,000 pieces.

Advanced equipment features: fully automated production line, historical data storage, continuous plating, workpiece rotation, and auxiliary tooling to ensure a plating thickness ratio of 1:(1.2-1.5) in both high and low zones, with zero porosity. Equipped with a plating solution cooling system, it generates no wastewater.
