Internal plating production line

This production line is mainly used for internal plating of pipes. The electroplating processes include tungsten alloy, HAEP, and nickel alloy. The main products are drill pipes, oil pipes, casings, hollow screws, etc.

It can simultaneously plate 4 tubes with an outer diameter of φ90mm or less, with an annual output of 100,000 tubes;

It can simultaneously plate two pipes with an outer diameter of φ90mm or more and φ220mm or less, with an annual output of 50,000 pipes;

It can simultaneously plate 25,000 pipes with an outer diameter of φ220mm or more and φ350mm or less; the length can be plated within 14 meters.

Advanced equipment features: workpiece rotation and fully online dehydrogenation.
