Using the independent R & D composite material, and combining with unique surfacing welding technique and sulotion, YCWY can repair/recondition failed mandrels and rolling tolls without changing original diameter . High performance composite material can guarantee the durability and reliability of mandrels repaired. Repairable rolling tools include core rod, push rod, plug, straightening roller, piercing roller, V type roller for transmission.

Conclusion

A renewal plan is created for the incoming material to be processed outlining the removal of defects, fatigue layers and cracks. The high-performance,high-temperature resistant material, which has been developed independently by the company,is overlayed on the surface of the mandrel. Given the coating's high-temperature characteristic along with high thermal fatigue and exceptional red hardness,the final renewed composite mandrel will provide better performance. With a low reconditioning cost ( ~30% of the cost of a newly made mandrel) and a service life equivalent to that of a new H13 mandrel (which can be renewed repeatedly),this process greatly reduces the overall investment required for our customers.
